CITY -OWNED PROPERTY, AT 1441 NORTH MIAMI AVENUE, AND TO INCLUDE THIS PROPERTY
IN THE REHABILITATION.

A motion was made by Linda Haskins, seconded by Tomas Regalado, that this matter be ADOPTED. Chair
Spence -Jones: Next item.
Frank Rollason (Executive Director, Community Redevelopment Agency): All right. Number 7. Number 7 is a request
that we had from the City. If you recall, a couple of meetings back, the fire station was voted to move the fire station
to the Omni CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency) so that we could spend our money to put the $800,000 in to
renovate it. There's a piece of property adjacent to the fire station, which you can see right across the street, which is
like a little park. The City would like that to remain with the fire station and go together as a couple, and so that's to
accept this piece of property.
Commissioner Haskins: So moved.
Commissioner Regalado: Second.
Chair Spence -Jones: All in favor?
The Commission (Collectively): Aye.
Chair Spence -Jones: All opposed? Motion is carried. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Tomas Regalado, Michelle Spence -Jones and Linda Haskins
Absent: 2 - Angel Gonzalez and Joe Sanchez
