Re: City Square Parcel 3
Sufficiency Letter— W O. # /33
Dear Ms. Medina:
Via Fax and U: Mail
Subsequent to our December 21, 2005 review comments for the subject project, we have
received a formal response from David Plummer and Associates Inc. (DP_A) on January 25,
2006. We have also received a satisfactory letter (vie e-mail) from the FOOT Planning office on
February 6, 2006. Photocopies of both the response letter from DPA and e-mail from FOOT are
attached herewith.
The applicant has mentioned that the project architect would provide the information regarding
maneuverability of delivery trucks within the .project site. As this project progresses through the
review process, the applicant must submit an acceptable site circulation plan for approval by the
City staff before submitting the project to the Planning Advisory Board. At this time, we conclude
that the revised traffic report along with the subsequent submittal meets a!I the traffic
requirements and the report is found to be sufficient_
