(TAP) on April 5, 2006. We have also received the plans showing the vehicle maneuverability of delivery trucks prepared by TAP, dated May 5, 2006. Photocopies of the response letter and the plans showing the vehicle maneuverability are attached herewith. At this time, we conclude that the traffic impact report Wong with the subsequent submittal meets all the traffic requirements and the study is found to be suffioient.
