The Commission approved the resolution with a modification that we include a whereas regarding the City's intent that the nverwalk be continuously open to the public. We are adding that Whereas to both the reso and agreement attached to it and the added language will read as follows Whereas,, the project was funded, in part, by the City of Miami to assure continuous waterfront access, 24 hours a day, for the people of Miami.
