The proposed development "Sawyer's Walk" will be comprised of three (3) Mixed Use Multifamily Residential Buildings and one (1) Multifamily Residential Building, with 1050 total residential units, approximately 1,361,606 total square feet of residential floor area, approximately 75,000 total square feet of retail floor area and 1587 total parking stalls.
