Medina, AICP Assistant Transportation Coordinator City of Miami, Office of the City Manager/Transportation 444 SW 2nd Avenue (10th Floor) Miami, Florida 33130 Re: Five Properties MUSP -Sufficiency Letter WO.# 114 Dear Ms. Medina: Via Fax and US Mail Subsequent to our July 27th 2005 review comments for the subject project, we have received two response letters on August 3rd and August 5th 2005, prepared by Richard Garcia and Associates (RGA). Photocopy of both the response letters are attached herewith.., We have also received a revised site plan from the project architect on August 3rd 2005 showing the maneuverability of the delivery trucks within the project site. The site plan is attached with this letter. At this time, we conclude that the traffic impact report along with the subsequent submittals meet all the traffic requirements and the study is found to be sufficient.
