-Sufficiency Letter WO.# 114
Dear Ms. Medina:
Via Fax and US Mail
Subsequent to our July 27th 2005 review comments for the subject project, we have received
two response letters on August 3rd and August 5th 2005, prepared by Richard Garcia and
Associates (RGA). Photocopy of both the response letters are attached herewith..,
We have also received a revised site plan from the project architect on August 3rd 2005 showing
the maneuverability of the delivery trucks within the project site. The site plan is attached with
this letter. At this time, we conclude that the traffic impact report along with the subsequent
submittals meet all the traffic requirements and the study is found to be sufficient.
Should you have any questions, please call Quazi Masood or me at 954.739.1881.
