'The following comments were, generated following the 'UMW meeting on December 21, 2005 representing the Planning
Department and .UDRB member's final conditions for Major -Use Special Permit approval.
COMMENTS:
Tile following comments are being rnade in an effort to develop projects to their highest potential and make a significant
contribution to improving the quality of our built environment with great architecture and urban design.
The current proposal has been greatly improved and will contribute significantly to this area. Thank -you for your effort
on this project.

• Bring the balcony enclosure in the tower elements on all sides/facades down to the rusticated red stucco level and add a
strong base element (as shown in the east elevation). See scanned page below.
