STRUCTURE TO BE COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 100 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY
RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL AMENITIES; APPROXIMATELY 120,102 SQUARE
FEET OF OFFICE SPACE; APPROXIMATELY 9,846 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE; AND
APPROXIMATELY 592 TOTAL PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN FLOOR AREA
RATIO ("FAR") BONUSES; DIRECTING TRANSMITTAL; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
STATING CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
