Rodriguez, Esq, with regard to the representation Garcia and Israel Gonzalez in the above -captioned civil case. Section 111.065, Fla. As mentioned above, Fla, Stat. § 111.065 is a discretionary statute. See Florida Police Eenev. Assn Inc. v. iller, 464 So. 2d 236 (Fla. 5th DCA 1985) (The court reasoned that Fla.
