1. Phase I: Development of Objectives (Complete in December of 2006):
a. Fee amount consists of the following individual components:
i. Survey Drawings $572,000 (including Expenses)
ii. Phase 1 basic services $467,000 (including expenses)
iii. Model $100,000
iv. Video Animation $80,000
v. Geotechnical Services $100,000
vi. Contingency $190,000
Total Phase 1: $1,509,000
Includes Consultants
b. Resources approximately 3,150 Man-hours plus consultants
c. Scope:
i. Needs Matrix; Participate in completing the Needs Matrix for the OB
Redevelopment;
ii. Preliminary Budgets; Develop budgets through an independent cost
consultant for each of the items in the needs matrix;
iii. Development of Options: Bundle the items from the Needs Matrix into a
series of development options;
iv. Facility Assessment; Produce a detailed assessment of the existing
facility that forms the foundation for further definition of the development
options;
v. Survey Drawings: Produce existing baseline architectural survey
drawings because none exist;
vi. Stadium Tours; Participate in a review and prepare a document that
evaluates other stadiums with respect to potential OB improvements;
vii. Presentation Documentation; prepare graphical representations of the
options developed above;
viii. Optional items:
1. Model
2. Soil testing
