Southern Sewer Equipment Sales is pleased to offer the City of Miami bid proposal(s) for IFB #
05-06-040. We are offering the City Vac -Con Sewer Combination Units for section 3.1 and
Vac-Tron Mini Vac Systems for section 3.5.
Due to upcoming 2007 Federal Emissions Regulations, chassis are becoming increasingly more
difficult to allocate and build. We have been cautioned by our chassis suppliers of a 30 to 60 day
window of opportunity for allocations of new orders. We strongly encourage the City to reach a
recommendation for award within this timeframe in an effort to ensure timely delivery.
