The Subject Property:
3690 SW 23rd Terrace
o El Rincon Argentine, a family -owned
restaurant of 20 years, which is across the
street, would like to rezone the subject property
from R-2 to C-1 to allow for an expansion of
the restaurant, which cannot be accomplished
without additional parking.
If property abutted the restaurant, we
would be able to accomplish the parking
use through an SD-12, but restaurant is
penned in by FPL Substation.
