Zoning, and Appeals Board (PZAB) pursuant to Article 7, §7.1.2.4.e of the Miami 21 Code. A written appeal must be filed with and
appropriate fee paid to the Hearing Boards Division within fifteen (15) days of the date of issuance (posting to City's website) of the
