The K41umi-Dude Aviation Department (MDAI)) has reviewed your Large Scale
Development Submittal dated June 20, 2005 for u height analysis for the above
referenced project, This nuhmi\\u\ actually consists nf9different buildings according to
Ounic|u Gomez from the architects (Behar Font and Partners) and noted as follows:

Our review finds that Building numbers 2. 4` 0. and 8 conform to the Miami -Dade
County Height Zoning Ordinance, However, building numbers 1,3,5, 7, and 9do omt
conform to the Miami -Dade County Height Zoning Ordinance, These Buildings
located in MIA's horizontal surface exceed the maximum height of)00 fl A.M8L (Above
Men Sea Level). Refer to the attached drawing depicting the height zoning surfaces in
relation to the rellerenced project,
