Request: Appeal of a Zoning Board decision of Variances from Ordinance No. 11000, as
amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 4, Section 401,
Schedule of District Regulations, Required setbacks, to allow a front setback of
4'7" (10'0" required) and a side street setback of 0'0" (7'6" required).
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will allow a multifamily project with fewer setbacks
than required.

Planning Department: Recommended denial of the appeal and denial of the Variances.
