Pina offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD DENIED THE VARIANCES FROM ORDINANCE NO, 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, REQUIRED SIDE YARD, TO ALLOW A SIDE YARD SETBACK OF 3'8" (5'0" REQUIRED) AND REQUIRED REAR YARD, TO ALLOW A REAR YARD SETBACK OF 2'3" (20'0" REQUIRED, ALLEY CREDIT 6'0", TOTAL ALLOWED 14'0") FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2150 SOUTHWEST 17TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 6, BLOCK 3, EAST VEDADO (16-80), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
