HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 06-1218 Monday, July 24, 2006 Mr. Angel Urquiola offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 OF ORDINANCE NO, 11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE WHICH FAILED (DUE TO THE FAILURE TO OBTAIN FIVE AFFIRMATIVE VOTES), CONSTITUTING A DENIAL OF THE VARIANCES FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED REAR YARD, REQUIRED 20'0", PROPOSED 3'6" WAIVED 16'6", AND TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE SIDE YARD, REQUIRED 5'0", PROPOSED 4'9", WAIVED 0'3" FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 5853 SOUTHWEST 5TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 21, BLOCK 5, WEST LAWN (9-3), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
