APPLICATION TO VARIANCE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
ORDINANCE 11000 and CITY CODE, AS AMENDED, AND ALL APPLICABLE

The proposed development "5853 SW 5 ST" will be comprised of a building

Pursuant to City of Miami Zoning Ordinance 11000, as amended, the

allow an application for a Variance relax the terms of the ordinance, subject to all the
applicable criteria;
REQUEST, for a VARIANCE, as per Article 4, Section 401, to allow a reduction of
the required rear yard:
Required: 20 feet
Proposed: 3 feet 6 inches
Waived: 16 feet 6 inches
REQUEST, for a VARIANCE, Article 4, Section 401, to allow a reduction of the
required side yard:
Required: 5 feet
Proposed: 4 feet 9 inches
Waived: 0 feet 3 inches
