REGULATIONS, TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED REAR
YARD, REQUIRED 20'0", PROPOSED 3'6", WAIVED 16'6", AND TO ALLOW A
REDUCTION OF THE SIDE YARD, REQUIRED 5'0", PROPOSED 4'9",
WAIVED 0'3".
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will allow the existing addition to a single-family
residence with fewer setbacks than required.
