A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT
TRUST FORA TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Frank Herrera Commissioner Tomas Regalado
Marie Louissaint Commissioner Michelle Spence -Jones
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Bayfront Park
Management Trust, to serve a term expiring September 11, 2007, or until the Mayor or nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first; further waiving the attendance requirements in
Section 2-886 of the Code of the City of Miami, as amended, by a four/fifths (4/5ths) vote of the
members of the full City Commission, as it relates to past absences on record for Frank Herrera as
a member of the Bayfront Park Management Trust.

the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
