Present annual salary, Last reviewed in 2004 is
$143,433.26 (payable biweekly). Recommend 10%
increase effective 12/15/05, 10% increase effective
12/15/06, EA increase effective 7/15/07. Also,
$10,000.00 Incentive effective 12-15-05 and 12-15-
06.

Choice of 2 medical plans: An indemnity/network
plan through CIGNA Insurance with deductible, and
one HMO Plan through CIGNA Insurance. Enrollment is
optional but waiver forms must be •completed if
declined. In addition, vision benefits with no,
deductible and dental benefits with no calendar year,
limit. The City pays 1005 of the Family or Single'
premium.
2X Annual Salary rounded to the highest $1,000.00.
City pays 100% of the premium.
