WORK PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
OCTOBER I, 2005 THRU SEPTEMBER 30, 2006
RECOGNIZING THAT:
(i.) The Agency as -a -whole and through its combined sources of funding
operates transportation programn(s) for City of Miami passengers. _ ..
' Thefollowing work program specification for the total operation of the
' transportation program during the contract year is hereby outlined and complies
with City of Miami Transportation requirements.

I; PROGRAM will provide ;an alternative form of supplemental public
transit service to the residents of and visitors to the Miami area during the
contract term.
' Ii. Eight (8) vehicles (registered in the name of the Agency)`wi11 be used to
transport City of Miami passengers and are identified as follows:

Office hours will be from* 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday (excluding Holidays). Transportation services will be provided by
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. (excluding Holidays);

1V. The Contractor will maintain records of daily transportation logs and
report the average monthly boarding number. The Contractor will
maintain updated, complete and accurate records during the contract term
and will retain them in one central place, located at 970 SW First Street,
Suite 304, Miami, Florida 33130.
