AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY, WITH PARCEL REVERTER PROVISIONS,
ONE CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") OWNED PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 1700 NORTHWEST 58
STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN "EXHIBIT A," ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED, TO THE CITY DEPARTMENT OF OFF- STREET PARKING, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACE PARKING LOT; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENT(S), FOR SAID PURPOSE
Background Information:
The City of Miami ("City") owns the parcel located at 1700 Northwest 58 Street, Miami, 'Florida
The Administration is requesting the conveyance of said parcel to Department of Off -Street Parking
("DOSP") for the construction of a surface parking lot
