Funding is available from Capital Improvement Project, CIP Project No. 311052.429401.6.840, B#74202. Background Information: The Department of General Services Administration, Radio Communications Division, seeks a turnkey purchase (delivery, installation, setup, configuration, and disposal) of 196 UPS batteries to replace the current batteries located at eight (8) radio communication sites (Central Police Building, Fire College, Fire Station No. 3, Fire Station No. 9, Fire Station No. 11, Park Place Apartments, Orange Bowl, and County Administration Building).The UPS batteries are essential for our radio communication system as they serve as backup during a power failure. The Department of Purchasing notified 212 vendors and five (5) responses were received. Stationary Power Services, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible and responsive bid, and is therefore recommended for the bid award. Bud2et Impact Analysis Is this item related to revenue?
