A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPROVING THE CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF BOAT MOTORS FROM VARIOUS VENDORS,
PURSUANT TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA CONTRACT NO. 120-440-05-1,
EFFECTIVE THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2006, SUBJECT TO ANY EXTENSIONS
AND/OR REPLACEMENT CONTRACTS BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA, TO BE
UTILIZED ON AN AS -NEEDED CONTRACT BASIS; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM
THE VARIOUS SOURCES OF FUNDS FROM THE USER DEPARTMENTS AND
AGENCIES, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND BUDGETARY
APPROVAL AT THE TIME OF NEED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The contract for the purchase of boat motors from various vendors, pursuant to the
State of Florida Contract No. 120-440-05-1, effective through August 31, 2006, subject to any
extensions or replacement contracts by the State of Florida, to be utilized on an as -needed contract
basis, is approved, with funds allocated from the various sources of funds of the user departments
and agencies, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1}
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
