Dear Mrs. Fernandez:
This law firm represents Knight-Ridder, Inc. successor by merger to
Richwood, Inc., and Miami Herald Publishing Company, the property owners
(the "Applicants"), in relation to the referenced application for a Major Use
Special Permit (MUSP). This letter shall serve as the Applicant's initial letter of
intent.
The Applicants are requesting a Major Use Special Permit for a mixed -use
project as more specifically described in the enclosed application and project
description.
We respectfully request your favorable review and recommendation in
relation to the enclosed application for a Major Use Special Permit and the
application for a rezoning of a portion of the property.
