This law firm represents Knight-Ridder, Inc. successor by merger to
Miami Herald Newspaper, Inc. and Miami Herald Publishing Company,the
property owners (the "Applicants"), in relation to the referenced appliction for
a Major Use Special Permit (MUSP). This Ietter shall serve as the Applicant's
initial letter of intent.
The Applicants are requesting a Major Use Special Permit for a retail
project as more specifically described in the enclosed application and project
description.
We respectfully request your favorable review and recommendation in
relation to the enclosed application for a Major Use Special Permit and the
application for a rezoning of a portion of the property.
