A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED BY STAFF, OF A MAJOR
USE SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 17 OF ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, FOR THE CITY SQUARE RETAIL
PROJECT (MU-2006-021), TO BE LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1431-1451
NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE AND 425 NORTHEAST 13TH STREET, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, TO CONSTRUCT AN APPROXIMATE 130-FOOT, 5-STORY HIGH
RETAIL STRUCTURE TO BE COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 641,104
SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE; AND APPROXIMATELY 3,997 TOTAL
PARKING SPACES, WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1) APPLICANT
WILL PROVIDE SIGNAGE TO DIRECT TRAFFIC TOWARDS NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE AND 2) RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COMMISSION THAT
THE WAIVER OF CHAPTER 36, SECTION 36-6 (NOISE ORDINANCE) NOT BE
WAIVED.
