Thompson City Cleric • Opposition's concerns o Loitering outside Camillus House and under highway along highway under NW 20tn Street "No Loitering" signs will be posted on the perimeter of the property and will be enforced (Already a condition to the special exception). Loitering will also be eliminated through construction of larger and more efficient facility with an internal courtyard. item or Priscilla A. To3mpson City Clerk • Opposition's Concerns o At their own expense, Camillus House will hire additional security during daytime hours to secure the areas between 15th and 20th streets, and between 7th Avenue and 1-95. Security will work collaboratively with the City of Miami's Outreach Program to pick up loiterers. If loiterer refuses, the police can and will arrest under City Ordinance. Will also work in conjunction with MDPS Police, who already secure a 1,000 foot radius surrounding the school (radius can be amplified at the discretion of the area supervisor) o Concerns regarding sexual predators will be combated through loitering policies.
