Answer to Question #2- You must be a certified MWBE vendor with the School District of Palm Beach County or the Stae of Florida to be eligible for the minority preference at the time that the bid was released. Do you have to bid on the 800 Mhz items? Do you have to bid on the crosband repeaters? Can you bid on only certain items in this category or do you have to bid on all of the items? How do you upload the price list? I have an electronic copy. How do you upload the manufactturers authorization letter as well a list of authorized service centers? I have the letter as a microsoft word file? I cannot find any info regarding this anywhere in the bid documents? Can the service center be located in Broward County? There is a reference to Kenwood in the bid for the other bid item but I am dealing with Motorola product.
