Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a contract for Gas Masks and Accessories, on an as needed, when needed contract basis. On May 3, 2006, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation to Bid No.05-06-068 to one hundred and eight (108) potential bidders. Bids were opened on Monday, May 22, 2006, and three (3) bidders submitted bids. Florida Police Products submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid and is, therefore, recommended for this award. Budget Impact Analysis Is this item related to revenue?
