INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
FORATERMAS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Equal
Opportunity Advisory Board, to serve a term ending July 12, 2007, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
