Reimbursement of reasonable expenses
not to exceed S 10,000 per year
Deferred Compensation
S20,000 per year or maximum allowed by law

401 (a) 22.24% of salary (payable bi-weekly)
COLA
Same as that granted to the general employees collective
bargaining agreement
Severance
At time of separation, payment of six months
compensation as severance.
