Pay -for -Performance Ilan:
The City Manager may participate in the annual Pay -for -Performance Plan, which is aligned to
the City's strategic plan and Balanced Scorecard. The position of City Manager would be
eligible for an annual one-time, lump -sum incentive that is determined by an evaluation score
that is then applied to a percentage of base salary. In 2006, the percentage ranged from 2.10% to
9.96%. Example: A score of 3.0 earned a 5.37% incentive.
Unless otherwise specified above, all administrative policies on executive benefits apply.
