OF CERTAIN CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") OWNED PARCELS OF LAND,
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED ("P
TO MADISON HOUSING, LTD., FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AF
RENTAL AND/OR HOMEOWNERSHIP UNITS ("PROJECT"); REQ

Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by
reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The conveyance, with parcel reverter provisions, of certain City owned parcels of land,
as legally described in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, to the Developer, for the development
of affordable rental and/or homeownership units, is authorized.
Section 3. The conveyance of the Property to the Developer shall be subject to th
the Developer has thirty-nine (39) months from the date of conveyance of the Propert
