APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED BY STAFF (EXCEPT
CONDITIONS #11B AND 11C AS SPECIFIEā IN THE DEVELOPMENT
ORDER), OF A MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 9,
13 AND 17 OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, FOR THE
600 BRICKELL PROJECT (MU-2006-005), TO BE LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 600-680 BRICKELL AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO
CONSTRUCT A PHASED TWO BUILDING MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
RANGING IN HEIGHT FROM APPROXIMATELY 484 FEET TO 903 FEET TO
BE COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 134 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY
RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL AMENITIES; APPROXIMATELY
360 HOTEL ROOMS; APPROXIMATELY 17,947 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL
AND RESTAURANT SPACE; AND APPROXIMATELY 1,915 TOTAL PARKING
SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN FLOOR AREA RATIO ("FAR")
BONUSES; DIRECTING TRANSMI I I AL; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
STATING CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
