Sufficiency Letter — WO. # 113
Dear Ms. Medina,
Via Fax and US Mali
We have received an analysis on June 27, 2005 showing the trip generation comparison
between the existing and proposed development. The analysis was prepared by
Transport Analysis Professionals, Inc. (TAP) dated May 20, 2005. Photocopy of the
analysis is attached herewith.
The analysis shows that the proposed development plan would generate Tess traffic than
the existing land use. Based on the attached analysis we conclude that a
comprehensive traffic study is not required for this particular project.
