APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIEā BY STAFF AND
PROFFERED BY THE APPLICANT, OF A MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERMIT
PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 5, 9, 13 AND 17 OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, AS AMENDED, FOR THE HIAWATHA VILLAGE PROJECT, LOCATED
AT APPROXIMATELY 3535 HIAWATHA AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO
CONSTRUCT AN APPROXIMATE 68-FOOT, 4-INCH, 6-STORY HIGH
RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE CONSISTING OF 19 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY
RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL AMENITIES, IN ADDITION TO A
3-UNIT SINGLE-FAMILY TOWN -HOME COMPONENT; AND
APPROXIMATELY 75 TOTAL PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
FLOOR AREA RATIO ("FAR") BONUSES; DIRECTING TRANSMITTAL
MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND STATING CONCLUSIONS OF LAW;
PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
