HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Variance ZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No„ 06-1172 Monday, April 24, 2006 Ms, Chloe Keidaish offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE VARIANCE AS PART OF A MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERMIT FOR THE HIAWATHA VILLAGE PROJECT, FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWED, TO ALLOW 68'4" (50'0" ALLOWED) FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3535 HIAWATHA AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL.
