Please note that pursuant to Section 1304.2.2 of the Miami Zoning Ordinance, no application shall be deemed to have been filed unless and until the applications shall have been completed. All pertinent and accurate information/documentation; i.e., the plans, reports, exhibits, shall be presented at the time of filing, in addition to the paid receipt. Additionally, granting the proposed zoning designation will not impact light and air to adjacent areas because the building's bulk and height are focused on N.
