Flatiron Sufficiency utter — W. 0. # 138 Dear Ms. Medina: Via Fax and US Mail Subsequent to our November 30`h, 2005 review comments for the subject project; we have received a response letter on December 12th, 2005; prepared by Transport Analysis Professionals, Inc. (TAP). We have also received a revised zoning data sheet with the proposed development program from the architect on March 20, 2006. Photocopies of both the response letter from TAP and the revised zoning data sheet from the architect are attached herewith. At thls time, we conclude that the traffic impact report along with the subsequent submittal meets all the traffic requirements and the study is found to be sufficient.
