HOW IS THIS ITEM GOING TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER / CITIZENS? The Police Department required an increase to cover an additional 650 French Barricades (Type II barricades) to restrict pedestrian and vehicle traffic for the 2005 MTV Video Awards.
