Request: Appeal of a Zoning Board decision of a Variance from Ordinance No. 11000, as
amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 4, Section 401,
Schedule of District Regulations, Required Side Yard, to allow a side yard
setback of 0'0" (10'0" required).
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will not allow a multifamily residential project with less
side yard setbacks than required.
