Sufficiency Letter— W.O. # 148
Dear Ms. Medina:
Via Fax and US Mail
Subsequent to our January 13, 2006 review comments for the subject project, we have received
a response letter on February 1, 2006 prepared by Richard Garcia and Associates (RGA). We
have also received a revised site plan from the architect and a satisfactory letter (via e-mail)
from FDOT planning office. Photocopy of the response letter, revised site plan from the
architect and the e-mail from FDOT are attached herewith.
At this time, we conclude that the traffic impact report along with the subsequent submittal
meets all the traffic requirements and the study is found to be sufficient.
Should you have any questions, please call Quazi Masood or me at 954,739.1881.
