HomeMy WebLinkAboutClass II Appeal LetterFebruary 1, 2006 City of Miami Department of Hearing Boards 444 Southwest 2nd Avenue, 7th Floor Miami, Florida 33130 Dear Department of Hearing Boards Officers: With this letter, 1, Brenda Kuhns, along with Wendy Stephan, Pat Kelly and the Buena Vista East Historic Neighborhood Association, appeal the Class II Special Permit for the Electra II project (Class II # 2005-0313) (also known as "Electra Two"). The Electra II project is out of context and scale for the area and is in violation of Sections 1300, 1305, 1305.2, 1305.3.1, 1305.3.2, 608.1, 608.2, 608.3, 608.9, and 608.12 of the City of Miami Zoning Ordinance. Pursuant to Section 1804 of the City of Miami Zoning Ordinance, I, Brenda Kuhns, wish to be notified by certified mail of the date and time of the hearing before the Zoning Board at least fifteen (15) calendar days in advance of the hearing. Under the same authority, notification must also be sent to the Buena Vista East Historic Neighborhood Association.
