Brenda Kuhns, Wendy Stephan, Pat Kelly and the Buena Vista East Historic
Neighborhood Association of the Class II Special Permit Application No. 05-
0313, approved with conditions by the Planning Director on January 18, 2006,
for new construction of Electra Two.
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will not allow the construction of the Electra Two
project.

Board and uphold the director's decision.
