VARIANCE AS PART OF A MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERMIT FOR THE 1080
BRICKELL PROJECT, FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 6, SPECIAL
DISTRICTS GENERAL PROVISIONS, SECTION 605.8, MINIMUM YARDS,
SETBACKS, OPEN SPACE, THROUGH BLOCK CONNECTIONS,
WATERFRONT WALKWAYS SUBSECTION 605.8.1(2), TO ALLOW A FRONT
YARD SETBACK OF 10'0" (20'0" REQUIRED) FOR THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1110 BRICKELL AVENUE, MIAMI,
FLORIDA.
REQUEST: Variance as part of a Major Use Special Permit for the 1080
Brickell Project
LOCATION: Approximately 1110 Brickell Avenue
APPLICANT(S): Adrienne F. Pardo, Esquire, on behalf of 1080 Brickell, LLC,
Contract Purchaser and 1110 Brickell Venture Par, LLC, Owner
FINDINGS:
PLANNING DEPARTMENT: Recommended approval.
PURPOSE: This will allow less front yard setbacks than required for the
proposed 1080 Brickell Major Use Special Permit.

Approval with Conditions FAILED by the following vote.
