Not enough information is provided to ensure details of how they will look and whether they are backed with screen to prevent light glare. Look at using a combination of glass or other materials as a double layer. • The ramp of the north side of the building needs to be recessed a minimum of 5' from the edge of the building frontage line on Brickell Avenue. Comments: • The space created between the office and residential buildings is very tight and unusable.
