A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED BY STAFF, OF A MAJOR
USE SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 9, 13 AND 17 OF ZONING
ORDINANCE NO, 11000, AS AMENDED, FOR THE 1080 BRICKELL
PROJECT (OPTIONS A & B), TO BE LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1110
BRICKELL AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, CONSTRUCT AN APPROXIMATE 491-
FOOT, 43-STORY HIGH MIXED USE STRUCTURE TO BE COMPRISED OF
APPROXIMATELY 315 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH
RECREATIONAL AMENITIES; APPROXIMATELY 1,250 SQUARE FEET OF
RETAIL SPACE; AND APPROXIMATELY 691 TOTAL PARKING SPACES;
PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN FLOOR AREA RATIO ("FAR") BONUSES;
DIRECTING TRANSMITTAL; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND STATING
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT; CONTAINING
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
