RE: Seven - Application for a Major Use Special Permit
Dear Ms. Fernandez:
This law firm represents the property owner, R&L Development, LLC
with respect to the referenced application. This letter shall serve as the
Applicant's letter of intent.
The Property is located at 167 NE 28 Street,169 NE 27 Street and 2728 NE
2nd Avenue and is approximately .7 acres in size. The Applicant is proposing to
develop the property with an 88 unit mixed use development. The Major Use
Special Permit application is entirely consistent with the Property's C-1
Restricted Commercial Zoning District and the project has received a favorable
recommendation from the City of Miami Urban Development review Board.
Accordingly, this letter shall serve as a letter of intent for the MUSP and all of the
lesser included permits described in the zoning write up contained in Tab C of
the Application.
